Second entrance to Marina Rosha metro station opened in Moscow.
At monday a second entrance of Moscow metro Marina Rosha station was opened.
The station was built in 2008-2010, and was opened on 19 June 2010. It is located in a residential district Marina Rosha. Before residents had to spend time on a trip to the trolleybus from the other stations.
Depth of the station - 60 meters. For the first time in Russia and the world, for the construction of an inclined tunnel was used a slope tunnel boring machine, made by Lovat Inc. This is done to speed up construction.
December 24, 2012 the station was opened on the northern entrance.
